we explore your hidden potential

Anthony has been a personal fitness trainer for almost 10 years now. Coming from a background in Martial Arts, he was always told about the superiority of each particular martial art he trained in, but never really bought into the ideal of a “superior style”. Each style has strengths and weaknesses, for each individual person they must find the style that fits the best. Fitness training is no different, it is from that philosophy that Titanium was born, as a trainer he regularly uses yoga, cycling, martial arts, and running in addition to traditional training disciplines(weight training, TRX, core training etc.) and wanted to be able to present these on a larger scale than 1-1 personal training.

what our customers say

Expert Instructors

  • SARA ALTMAN, Body Builder

Sara relocated to Denver from her home state of North Carolina, where she began her career working in a physical therapy clinic and coaching high school athletes. She earned her degrees in athletic training and exercise science in 2012. After graduating from college, Sara realized that she needed to change her lifestyle in order to educate and train other on being healthier individuals.

    LIBBY BARRET, Fitness

Libby does not believe in the perfect size or perfect weight, but rather that the “perfect body” is one that you are taking care of and are comfortable in. She originally came to yoga as a way to increase her flexibility to complement her strength and cardio routines. Upon discovering that yoga had much more to offer, she enrolled in a teacher training program.

  • ANTHONY NAKAMURA, Fitness

Anthony has been a group ex instructor for almost two years. Prior to that he was a martial arts (tae kwon do) instructor and has been a personal trainer for over 8 years. The classes he teaches here at tfc really allow him to share his passions with others. As a martial artist, avid snowboarder and former hockey player he is able to share his enthusiasm for those sports in his winter sport, winter x, and fighting fit classes.

    BETH HENDERSON, Body Builder

Beth has been a personal trainer and massage therapist for the past three years. Being able to see the human body from both angles has greatly increased her ability to understand and train it. Since being involved in sports at such a young age, both as a player and a coach, jumping into the group x world feels like home for beth. She has recently become...let's just say...slightly obsessed with mud and obstacle races.
